Return Process

- Packaging: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: Ship the return package to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Inspection and Processing
